A Snapshot of the Process

  1. Once you request your information packet, we will contact you (within 24 hours) to organize a meeting/conference at your convenience. At the meeting/conference we will explain you the requirements, process and benefit options in detail.
  2. Your organization's leadership team will taste the coffees. The team sets an e-fundraising goal and works with Green Awakening to set the dates for the e-fundraising drive. An agreement between your organization and Green Awakening is signed.
  3. As soon as the agreement is signed, Green Awakening will work closely with you in order to set up all the necessary steps to run a successful e-fundraising campaign: definition of the email blast target, conception/design of the e-banners and ensure all necessary links needed to run the e-fundraiser work correctly.
  4. 3 weeks prior to the e-fundraising campaign; an e-banner of your organization will be placed in the home page of Green Awakening. This e-banner will be linked to your home page so all visitors of Green Awakening can get acquainted with your organization.
  5. The e-fundraising campaign lasts 3 weeks. The day it begins, an email blast announcing the e-fundraiser is sent to all the advocates in your data base (members and supporters). This email will include a direct link to a personalized webpage of your organization where orders can be placed.
  6. At the same time a banner is placed on the home webpage of your organizations's website announcing the e-fundraising campaign.
  7. Advocates (members and supporters) of your organization e-mail the link to their contacts (family, friends, neighbors and co-workers) inviting them to support the organization by purchasing Green Awakening coffee.
  8. Advocates and referrals/clients place orders online on our website.
  9. Green Awakening then ships the orders to consumers and money is allocated to your account. You can monitor the e-fundraiser's progress and view (online) the funds collected on your behalf.
  10. Once the e-fundraising campaign has ended, the organization will continue to benefit from the Green Awakening Giving Back Program.
